MAURIZIO PIERIGÈ
Prometeia Senior Partner and Head of Risk Integration, Advanced Analytics, Climate Change & ESG Risks
Maurizio is Partner at Prometeia since 2017 and he’s responsible for the Risk Integration activities within the Enterprise Risk Management Practice.
After graduating in BA from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he joined Prometeia in 2000, where he developed an extensive knowledge of financial services, leading the design and the development of projects on planning, stress testing, directional control and enterprise risk management.
As Head of Risk Integration, Advanced Analytics, Climate Change & ESG Risks , he is in charge of the development of Prometeia offering (scenarios, advisory, models, methodologies, software solutions) on balance sheet forecasting and risk integration topics. He leads a team of consultants, analysts and financial engineers, providing methodological support and solutions in the design, modeling, implementation and delivery of complex of advanced simulation tools.
In his multi-year experience as a Risk & Finance advisor, Maurizio has worked in multiple EMEA countries, in the fields of Stress Test, SREP, RAF, ICAAP, Recovery Planning, NPE Planning, Capital Allocation.
He is a visiting professor to some post-graduate economics and management schools and he’s a regular speaker to Financial planning and Risk management seminars, giving his contribution to several professional publications about Strategic Planning and Risk Integration.
