Chiara Baratelli joined LIST S.p.A, an ION Group Company leader provider for IT solutions for banking and insurance, in 2016 and currently works as a Senior Functional Analyst in the Risk Management & Compliance area.
Responsible for executing and managing IT projects, she acts as a client representative, helps defining each project to meet the client’s needs and works closely with the development team to plan the solution implementation according to the stakeholder's objectives.
The main projects she delivered fall within the Operational Risk area for Insurance companies, with a focus on the Loss Data collection and Scenario Analysis processes.
