Emiliano joined Deloitte Consulting in 2010 having experiences with leading Italian and international financial institutions in the Finance & Performance FSI. He developed a strong experience in Finance Transformation projects with a focus on Profitability and Performance Management methodological framework.
He joined and lead project in banking sector, concerning CFO and CRO Planning & Control area, focused on the core F&P FSI topics.
Over the past years, Emiliano joined professional projects for Finance Transformation and with a particular focus on Managerial Profitability like Segment Reporting, Risk Adjusted Profitability, Funding Transfer Price and Performance Management KPIs (e.g. EVA). More recently, he worked also on F&P Transformation project focused on regulatory adequacy (IFRS9).
